End of the day, thus i couldn't take good pics...
Entry for the last friday challenge.

It's weird, the tie seems rather slim, but it's a 9cm Tom Ford tie! tongue.gif

Agreed- those colours look good on you, too. That Panta x Massdrop tie done right. If I had any money, I'd pretty much wear everything Justin and TweedyProf wear, with a sprinkle of SVB for casual wear.

Edit: wow. internet much? post was in reference to Justin's fit a page or two back. je suis dumb.

Unruly PS. Too lazy to fix. SuSu Havana & tie; Brooks Bros shirt

Nice suit and collar roll. Is that the new unlined BB? I don't think the square goes well with the softer colors.

I guess my sack jackets would look better with waist suppression in the same way your jackets would look better if they were shorter.

Haha! Gotcha.

Sweaters.

I've been obsessed with wearing a cardigan over my shirt and tie. Especially this blue sweater and my plaid trousers. Knit ties for the win!

This was overlooked, it seems. I didn't mind it at all. (The shill for your blog might have put some people off.)

That style of tie absolutely does not go with that style of shirt collar. Otherwise, I liked this fit.

And Tab Collars don't go well with Oxford fabric.

But here it is. A weird shirt, with cocktail cuffs. Neither casual nor formal. Something in-between :p

I know it doesn't make great sens, but i was trying to make the tab work in less formal outfits as i really love tabs.

Indeed. Sack jackets can have the waist taken in just like any other jacket. The drape of the jacket is somewhat different than jackets with darts but this does not necessarily mean that it is baggy. To my eye, sack jackets have an easier, more casual, look to them. Any time I see someone wearing a well fitting sack jacket they look at ease with their situation.

I understand what you mean but the sack is fraught with peril for me. Much prefer darted jackets with tailored waists. Just a personal thing I guess.

Really? I consider it to be more forgiving than darted jackets. Less complicated and less to go wrong in terms of fit.

The shirt is the old BB button down. As for the square, my intention was just to show the dark blue. But, things went awry. I should have gone with a boring white linen. Oh well.

Beautiful, Andy.  I really like the dark tie and square here.

Great look.  I agree that the tie doesn't really work with that collar.  I also think that the collar really dwarfs the tie.

Great look. Masterful use of olive. The cardigan is perfect here.

Thanks, AAS! I thought for awhile before settling on this cardigan. Cream and navy were the rejected candidates.
