HOF: What Are You Wearing Right Now - Part IV (starting May 2014) - Page 2478

It seems to have happened six years sooner than predicted.

Brooks Brothers silk tweed glen plaid jacket and ecru PPBD shirt, Land's End tie, generic pocket square, Viyella sweater vest, L L Bean cord trousers, and Allen-Edmonds tan suede Strandmoks.

For fans of piece of people pictures.......

.....and for those who don't know what happened six years sooner than the original prediction.

For those who want some "rules", trousers are usually made out of bias cut fabric and have two seams on each leg and trews are usually made out straight cut fabric and have only one seam on each leg, so don't confuse the two.

Another rule might be to avoid making bizarre comments about Tibor's hats.  He owns the company (Engel & Co Hatters) that manufactures his hats.

This deserves a thumb for the fit and another one just for the countryside.

Today is a holiday in France, and weather was just perfect for linen, chinos, suede and some wine on a boat.

I feel your pain. Tomorrow will be our first day of warm weather in quite a while.

Today's outfit:

It was a bit chilly where I live.

Thoughts?

A bit rumpled, but a nice fun casual look. The pants are a kind of air force blue

∆ I too feel your anger(?) down here in DC. It has been more than a week of gloomy weather, rain and drizzle, and temps in the 50s. Them cicadas aint coming out this year!

I swear I don't mean to come off like an ass when I say this, but learn to tie a four in hand...that knot looks like it belongs on Louis Litt in Suits.
