I'm disappointed. Nobody picked up on that?
Is that a black grenadine grossa?
Why on earth do you post here then? This is a great place for constructive criticism but don't post if you can't take it.
Er...yeah...maybe. Or not.
@Mynjorn, my take on your fit was that the suit fits you well, but the photography didn't do it justice. Your close-up shot (posted later) reveals the true beauty of the cloth.
Some of the posters here (myself included) go to considerable lengths to get nice photos. You don't have to, but I think you can do better with your Samsung than what I saw.
Also, to put PCK's comments in perspective: he's an old hand around here, from the days when people took no prisoners. He can be pretty caustic, but he knows his onions. Let it go mate. Keep posting fits. Work on your lighting. Cheers!
Interestingly, one of the few issues that was debated extensively in the past and was pretty much settled for good was the photography issue. Yes, it's not entirely fair that good photography be a factor in the popularity of a fit (and in this case I'm not referring to photography that is so bad that it's difficult to see what the person is wearing). However, it has simply been accepted that if your lighting is good, exposure is just right, and if you have a ton of background blur, that you will garner a few more "likes" based on that alone. Personally I think the gallery here is pretty forgiving about photography. On the other side of the house the goal is often to tell a story with your photography, which I was never quite comfortable with. Just show the clothes and leave the art to the artists I say.
