Just when you thought it was safe to break out the linen...

Suit: Bespoke Hemrajani

Shirt: Proper Cloth

Tie: E. Marinella

Square: Simonnot Godard

Shoes: Edward Green

I'm not sure about this shirt. I wanted to try the contrast collar-and-cuffs look but it doesn't seem to look right on me. This might be its last outing.

What a great cravat!
Go well with the shirt and waist coat.

Contrast collars are tricky. I have a few myself and I dont use them a lot. I think they work best when the contrast is fairly strong, like mid blue/white

And that was my second thought. But, looking at it more, it just looks like the buttoning point ought to be closer to where the lower button is. It looks like a lovely suit, though. Maybe a better picture and camera angle will show it off better?

Hello,

You all are correct. The camera angle is not the best, but I also feel the buttoning point too high. I let my taylor decide about this, because the buttoning point is a measure to which I still don't know my preference, it was a mistake unfortunately. Could you give some feedback in how to address this issue next time at the taylor?

Thank you very much for your comments, really appreciating them!

Best,

Hey all, new here. I think this is a suitable topic to post this, please let me know if not. My sleeves are too short I know, does anyone know if this will be hard to fix? I've assumed so, so far. I can post pics of sleeve cuff if needed. Apologies for bad pics.

Emilsingh, looks quite a nice fit, but difficult to give any feedback due to the poor photography.

You are wearing three layers of sleeves so I'm not sure which garment you are referring to in your sleeve comment.

Sorry, I meant the coat

'Ere, wot? I'll give you a bit o' bovver, matey...
