@crappbag how do you like the Herman Bros MTM? Please feel free to provide deets on the suit...they look to be a tempting proposition :D

@ericgereghty Very happy with Herman. I've got a write up on my tumblr for this specific suit. Since then I've commissioned a 2nd and going back for a third soon.

Summary - very strong quality to value proposition.

......for those who might we wondering, we don't care what happens to Kayne, so we didn't eat at "tacos4kanye".  We ate a few doors south at Cafe Midi at American Rag.  Wearing my new Harry Potteresque eyeglass frames because I would rather live in Potterville than live in Bedford Falls.

Extra Added Attraction that probably belongs in "Streetwear and Denim", but here it is anyway.  Some of the people we met on the 100 block of South La Brea Avenue today.

(Sorry it's back lit, but things like that happen sometimes.)

Wonderful!  I wear a similar color scheme sometimes, but don't own a bowtie yet.  It's difficult to find a nice one around here.  I'll try to get a picture next time I dress in a similar manner.

I really like some of their stuff...I tried a bunch on at Khakis of Carmel.  It looks great on you, Gerry.

Thanks, @Murlsquirl . Boglioli has a few different styles - I like their Coat and K lines but find the Dover to have jackets that are too short for my liking.

This is a basic outfit done rather well. For some reason I still struggle to pull this kind of simplicity off, despite being able to recognise its excellence in others.

I increased the photo size and left it unspoilered, as I feel it's worth being seen properly.

Next time add a pocket square and you'll be golden.

Thanks Cox.

I struggle a bit with pocket squares - working in an office environment where just the act of wearing a tie means you stand out (typical Australian consulting firm).

The addition of a pocket sq (even just a plain white tv fold) can sometimes feel like that one step too far.

But I do acknowledge the little touch helps break up the sea of navy. Perhaps I just need a harden the fk up.

You mean, you've seen me pull it off? Or just, you still have hope for me?

I want to thank all that like my post, and even if I often miss comments, the thumbs warm my cold nordic heart.
