Very nice suit, @bienluienapris- especially liking the soft shoulders.

Good fit on the suit, @blekit - however i do think (and this has been adressed by others as well, i think) that your jacket could be a bit longer (maybe 2-3 cm max). Still, a solid look.

Today: green with envy. Fabric is an Ariston Soft Tweed Donegal, cut by my boys at Sons of Savile Row. The shirt sleeves are shy, as it stands.

@Dennis Walter great fabric turned into really beautiful suit. I'd wear a different coat though, this one seems to be way shorter than the suit's jacket.

Yes, I agree with that - that's a problem with all of my suits/jackets from Suitsupply (except of Lazio fits which are longer).

The issue is, that except of the jacket length, all other dimensions are almost perfect. Nonetheless I'm trying out long sizes for this summer collection purchases and if my local tailor successfully alters back and sleeves of the jacket this problem will be covered.

And since I'm planning to start my bespoke adventure this year it will hopefully disappear from my wardrobe entirely over time. In the meantime I must wear what I have :)

I finished my shining session then I found a pair of yellow waxed laces in the bag. So this idea came to me. I actually listed the wholecut for sale few days ago because I don't see much excitement in it. But then I decided to put the yellow laces on and this happened. Now I think I'm going to keep the wholecut for the laces. What do you guys think? yay or nay? It's gonna be spring/ summer soon anyway.

New shoes are great, just a bit too formal for the rest in my eyes.

Just my two cents to Sanderology.

laugh.gif Exactly. Blue jacket and red tie is obviously not a problem. I don't find the tie itself hideous, as cm wants me to. But I strongly object to burgundy and true red together.

Simple and nice! Only wish the shoes were darker, like the tie.

Thank you for the feedback. I think you are right. One of the rare occations I should have opted for the black shoes.

@blekit, very nice today.

@Dennis Walter, what up with that tie knot, bro?

@Sander, I didn't want you to think the tie was bad, but I certainly didn't like it.

@nqtri, a very big NAY. The shoes look nice without them.

In my opinion, I think the laces look contrived and silly.
