Day Two of "Return from Vacation - a horror movie". The weather is to turn wet this afternoon, hence the raincoat and the "rain" shoes.

Included is a "lifestyle" photo - an attempt at a bathroom selfie, with "dramatic" lighting courtesy of my hotel room in London.

Suit - New & Lingwood
Shirt - BB MTM
Tie - Paul Stuart
Cufflinks - Museum of Fine Arts, Boston
Braces - Lewin
Shoes - Bexley
Raincoat - Burberry
Scarf - Zegna
Hat - Weatherproof

I love how @upr_crust manages to wear hats without looking costumey.

@Dennis Walter, thanks for the great advice. Yes, the jacket is old. I bought it off of an AAAC member several months ago. It is a vintage Focus jacket that was made in the USA. I have no idea as to the exact age, but when I received it the vent was still sewn shut as if it had never been worn. The shoulders are indeed prominent, but interestingly, there is almost not padding. As for the gorge, I agree. It is lower than I prefer, but I find it to be just on the borderline of what I'm willing to wear. It's certainly not "Miami Vice" low.

Advanced age, and lack of cranial thatch help greatly in this matter.

As do tasteful hats.

Tweed & Madder...Flannel & Suede... I shot a full fit as well, however I pulled a bit on the pocket in the photo. The more I look at it, the more I think a lower buttoning point and longer overall would be a benefit for the next one.

Apologies for the crappy iPhone/bathroom selfie, but I'm wondering if this button stance is better for me?

Kamakura OCBD

Rooster wool tie

Unseen:

Allen Edmonds Manistee belt (walnut)

Peter Christian moleskins trousers (loden)

AE Fifth Ave (walnut)

Thank you @heldentenor I will have a new tweed entering the rotation after this weekend as well. A big thank you to @Ercoles for getting it done before the end of the winter. I am really looking forward to it.
