If the shoulder padding was a little less and the pocket flaps a little smaller you could tell me you picked this up yesterday and I'd probably believe you.

I love this suit, and it's exactly my preferred aesthetic--strong shoulders, wide(r) lapels, full torso length, and a full chest. It's very classic and wearable. Ball huggers are for GQ worshipers only, and I don't subscribe...

I'm wearing for the first time this sand-colored tie from Berg & Berg.

Any thoughts?

How'd you rate Berg & Berg's ties? I'm actually considering giving them a try on whenever's next time I'll need new ties! I just wish they'd come in 9 cm (around 3.5") instead of 8 cm (3.1")...

P.S.: @Murlsquirl congrats on the pocket square (surely I won't be the last to tease you about this)!

I'd say they have quite a good quality/price ratio. I certainly prefer my Drake's, but B&B is like 50% cheaper so I actually bought more of their ties.

Shibumi is quite good too, with a price range in between. And they have 3.5" ties I think.

I really like the fit of this suit.

Looks comfortable but not too baggy.

I love Mr. @Roycru and his stories. Very nice outfit, sir.

Agreed, Roycru is definitely a poster who contributes a lot to this forum just by being himself.

Those are some grown ass man lapels

Indeed. They well pass the halfway point between lapel fold and shoulder seam, which is my personal sweet spot for a notch lapel.

This looks like it may have been made a year before Roycru's suit.  It's a beautiful pattern and I love the 3/2 roll.  I wish there was a full body shot.  It's hard to tell if the lapels are too wide without one.  The lapels are creased pretty hard.  I think it would look better if there was more roll to the lapels.

Edit: Love the color combo and square here.
