This forums favours blue shirts and while it's a trope that's often overplayed, I believe your fit would benefit from one to soften the contrast between tie/shirt/suit. A darker suit would also improve the fit. As it stands the effect created by the individual elements is a little too stark. Just my 2c smile.gif

It's impossible to overplay blue shirts. Dare any of you delve into the deep dark depths of Trad/Ivy style enough to wear a pale yellow shirt? I bet @Roycru has.

Yep, move the button. Then you'll see that the extra length of the sleeve will be there to prevent the sleeve riding up when you bend your arm, but it won't slide down your hand because the cuff is the correct size for your wrist.

Do you mean a pale yellow shirt like in the picture that I posted yesterday? (Post #31871)

Shoes are dark brown, not black.

Thanks, AAS--it's a WW Chan that UrbanComposition let go for a song.  I'll never wear it as well as he did, but we're identically sized and this fits me better than most RTW that I've had tailored for me.

I like. Olive suit, reddish striped shirt, brown tie? Great combo.

@cezinho surely getting in my top 10 StyFo posters! Always consistent, and that shirt collar is fantastic!

@cezinho Thanks for the comment, I do make watch straps. Let me know if you are in need.

@ShawnBC These are bespoke local to me, however they are the pair I mailed to India to be measured. I do have quite a few based on this pattern from @luxire and they are great.

Given that @Caustic Man and I had a debate about strollers yesterday, I figured I'd try something kinda sorta stroller-ish today – but much more casual, with a navy blazer and tan shoes. Might be more like an actual stroller if the colors of the vest and the trousers were switched, but I have a coworker who wears a tweed vest with a navy blazer to good effect so I wanted to borrow a page from his book.

Also I think I'm not a double forward pleat man.
