My turn now with a full lenght fit:

MTM pants were fresh out of the box and needed some ironing, but the rush to try them on was stronger :)

Hope you like it, opinions about fit improvment are welcomed.

Thank you

I just don't know yet, actually.

But I may end up being the evangelist in there.

SYCSYC's recipe to DBize your new company:

1. Suit up

2. Outdress your colleagues

3. Outdress your boss

4. Start wearing PS

5. Put your DB suit on

That may take a few months, though.

A kind of uniform, but with a beige trousers and a stripped shirt :

(FYI, the place is called Lallisse, at the corner of 30th and Lexington, and we're going to assemble at 6:00 PM or thereafter, so locals, feel free to join in.)

Below are the results.

Sports jacket, waistcoat, shirt, trousers, and cap - BB
PS - Robert Talbott
Boots - Keen
Overcoat - Joseph Abboud
Scarf - Johnston's of Elgin

@DavidLane you always have nice flannel trousers/suede shoes combos! Are all your trousers by Luxire?

@cezinho surely getting in my top 10 StyFo posters! Always consistent, and that shirt collar is fantastic!

Today:

I think these trousers hang a lot better than yesterday, as they have been hemmed correctly and fit a lot better on the waist. I am aware that the shirt sleeves are too long, but I'm not sure whether to wear the shirt a few more times to see if they shrink or to just get them taken up? Do they tend to shrink much?

As always, feedback is appreciated.

Koala, there are only three things wrong with your suggestion:

1). Those boots are too pretty to walk through slush.

2). I've run out of room for footwear in my current apartment (and perhaps even in my new one, into which a sizeable shoe closet is to be built)

3). I've got to pay for the building of the shoe closet (and a myriad of other renovations to make the place habitable) - I can afford the renovations, or the boots, but not both . . ..shog[1].gif

What would be your solution, move the button? This is the problem with outlet buys sometimes the fit is soo different to the exact same shirt that has been bought in the past. frown.gif

Brutal, winter day. Nothing rhymes with purple. Yet, it seems to go with most everything.
