HOF: What Are You Wearing Right Now - Part IV (starting May 2014) - Page 2083

post #31231 of 44024
@heldentenor, thanks! I had a really hard time picking a square for this fit. Curious to hear what you'd have done differently. I basically just gave up and went with what was in.

Curious: do you guys think that by being the 76th or 77th person to tell MCObinad that his clothes are tight, you'll be the one to get through and make him see the light? Dude has an aesthetic he likes! Just lay off on that one aspect of his fits. It's that easy!

People told Stitchy hundreds and hundreds of times to start wearing squares. He eventually did. The suit looks like it fits much better than a lot of mcobinad's previous stuff. Maybe the 64th person got to him.

@mcobinad

Just went back to look at the fit in question. It MIGHT be too tight. Then again, it might not be. In the end, it is probably in the range of well fitting, so I disagree with McFox.

Anyway, mcobinad, I like the way the jacket fits you. Even if it is a little snug (I'm not sure that it is), it looks good. You look much more comfortable and natural in it.

Enjoy your holiday!

You're right, it's a tough pairing--and when in doubt, leave it out.  Something like this might work well:

CREATOR: gd-jpeg v1.0 (using IJG JPEG v62), quality = 90

CREATOR: gd-jpeg v1.0 (using IJG JPEG v80), default quality

Thanks, Helden!

Clags, I get your point. I think the point at which it becomes excessive, is when the poster in question has requested repeatedly that people lay off.

I don't see every post in this thread and wasn't aware this issue had come up (repeatedly) in the past. If the poster in question had asked everyone to lay off then my apologies to him.

I have to admit that at one time i doubt about the utility of my Talarico's umbrellas, but since 5 days, it's good...

@upr_crust, if you don't mind me asking, is there a story to the ring you wear in all your pics?

IMHO, apart from too long sleeves that can easily be tailored, this suit fits you the way they all should @mcobinad
