Maybe try stuffing the turtleneck into the trousers next time. Sounds a lot stranger than it looks, since the sweater takes on the role of the shirt.

Oh, no not you again. It's finally Friday. Get a life, go to the movies, take a beer and enjoy life.

So true!

Gravitas seems appropriate. Outstanding way to finish off the week!

Feel like the shoes and the watch are telling two different stories here. Sports watch demands a more aggressive shoe (style, or even just last shape), or those rather conservative shoes demand a dressier watch.

I wore this yesterday:

vintage Stanley Blacker tweed

thrifted BB madder tie and no-name Japanese scene hank

OCBD

Uniqlo cashmere vest

(not shown: navy whipcords and burgundy single monks).

The tie verges on a textural mismatch, Clags.

Hello gentlemen, and happy New Year!

Jacket is Pal Zileri, and it just came in few days ago - eBay for ~$100 (Canadian), likely to be the deal of the year for me! And sorry for dirty mirror :-)

From my Instagram feed this week. Face cropped to protect the innocent, even though my face is all over the MC Casual thread, lol

Sportcoat is Belvest, peacoat is PRL, and trousers I have no idea..

A few better pictures of my new polo coat - I attempted to go outside but it was so dark and wet I wasn't getting anywhere!

As mentioned previously this is the Joseph A. Bank version - I got it for just over £100 brand new on eBay. As a Brit, I have no prejudices when it comes to JAB - I know it has a terrible reputation in these circles. But to my eye this is a really solid coat for the money; pure camelhair fabric, well put together, and very warm. I'm very pleased.
