I really like the matte flannel contrasting with the silk tie in the second one Sugarbutch.  Is the tie satin?

Are you trying to steal Crusty's pose?  Looks good on you.

Thanks (to you, AAS, and Kid Nick). The tie is a repp silk, but in certain lights, it does seem to sheen like satin.

Murl, does your wife swap out the heart for a frowny face when she's not feeling so affectionate toward you?

Simple - three things:

1). Be really old

2). Buy lots of stuff

3). Wear it in rotation before you die.
The collars that you showed were what in the US would be considered spread collars, albeit with fairly long points - closest to either 7 cm or 8.5 cm spread collar photos.

It's unusually warm here in NYC, hence the lack of hat or overcoat today.

Suit - New & Lingwood, London
Shirt & tie - Tyrwhitt
Cufflinks - BB
Braces - Lewin
PS - Robert Talbott
Shoes - Finsbury, Paris
