Love it @Mr. Six. Wish the tie was a little wider

Thank you! I agree about the tie. It's a good maximum width but a bit aggressively tapered. It's a very nice cashmere, though, so I keep it.

Harrisons Oyster. Suit 'broker' is Kent Wang, don't know the maker, but it's in China.

How many of your suits are from KW? I'm considering going to them to get a suit, if a lot of your suits are from them, that's certainly a good advert for them.

Also, what sort of options do you go for on your KW suit(s) in terms of canvassing, shoulder pads etc?

Nice to see you posting fits again Gaz. Great choice of tie. I assume this is a bespoke suit. Handmade lapel holes? My only minor quibble is the aggressive wing points. But that's a matter of personal taste.

This fit might have been overlooked for thumbs. Nice example of Northern Lights done well.

@Tom Miler, beautiful outfit and photoshoot. You and @VictorSFreturn are my dual doyens of Slavic Style.

I am not a big fan of monk shoes, especially not double monks, but Edward Green makes two beautiful single monks: Mercer and Hove. These are Hove in dark oak.

@DiplomaticTies , I thumbed your fit for the suit and shoes. However, there is not enough coherence between shirt, tie and square for my liking.

Indeed they are, but it's the only thing positive about that outfit. I liked the first pic, but then I scrolled down...

As this is page 2001 (assuming the reader has not changed their default posts-per-page setting), here's my photographic "Tribute to 2001: A Space Odyssey" from a while back.

I have that square, but the colors r less saturated lol.  Looks great.  smile.gif

Thanks Pliny - I think it's just the harsh summer light that makes it look so saturated; the 'red' is actually more of a burgundy. Here it is under soft light (it's a HC square as well btw).
