HOF: What Are You Wearing Right Now - Part IV (starting May 2014) - Page 1959

Thanks. They are chukkas because it's rainy, I'd say I wear my leather soled monks and what not usually, but it rains so much I just reach for chukkas the majority of times.

And yes, not just the white balance settings, but I've had to do some editing after to add to the brightness.

I dig it. I like the idea of chukkas with a suit, ever since I saw this shot:

Here's what I'm wearing today (shirt is lavender):

Mystery vintage/Canali/Bert Pulitzer madder/Lands' End flannel/AE suede.

@Roy Al beautiful suit. I wish a three piece Tweed suit wasn't so farfetched here in southern California.

Indeed.  Much has to do with how well (or poorly) they interact with the jacket (in addition to the usual advice about the wearer's facial shape, of course).

Cheers,

@Manolo and @sebastian mcfox jiminy Christmas you gents look sharp!

Where did you get the TYT? I haven't really seen anywhere stock them, save for NMWA, which, I believe, only selects designs exclusive to them?

Love the width of the pins on that Lesser.  I read a post of yours about your love of Dormeuil fabrics, particularly mohair blends, so had a suit made in Tonik.  Im now a convert, so cheers.

Good weekend to you too.

That jacket is too small for you.  Needs more width in the shoulders and waist, and length in sleeves and back, imo.

It's the Savile Row/Timothy Everest/ 'Mallory' pedigree I'm picking up on, I guess.   If I can look like Ralph Fiennes as Mallory  in my old age I'll be happy

Dormeuil got the sheen just rite in Tonik, imo.
