Not every piece needs to be versatile.  So long as you’ve got at least one pair of trousers that works with this (and you clearly do) this is a keeper.  It fits you very well and the cut is flattering on you. 

 

The world needs more non-versatile jackets like that.   :)

Suited upr_crust is always good, but for my money dark-suited upr_crust is best.

 

It's the extra-super-terrific gravitas that does it, I think.

(becaus
all jokes aside from 1.5" to 2.5" (Because I can get away with it hehe)  sometimes if there is enough cloth which typically means the inseam has to come in at usually 43-44"'s..

Chilly today so a broke out a heavier sc to fight the chill during my commute this morning. I have tried a green/grey combo before but I kind of like this. Might try this with navy pants next time.

38 but need atleast I believe 5 inches of fabric to make atleast a 2" cuff... 26 inseam?? Man, if I had that then life would be so much easier on Ebay...oh well!
