I give real advice that I know professionally. And everyone who has a head on his shoulders has the right (after carefully reading) - to follow the advice given or leave it as is.

Have a complaint about the disparity of fit clothing. due to individual characteristics.

I answered 2 times how to solve this problem.

First time using of clothing:

This method is difficult, completely does not solve the problem, expensive (to sew clothes on order only). And this method works only with the investigation of the problem, not the cause.

The second way it works with the cause (at least part of the reason), eliminated the problem more globally, allows you to save money on wardrobe, without using the services of tailoring to order.

The choice is yours biggrin.gifbiggrin.gifbiggrin.gif

by the way: unnecessary and artificial Puritanism looks very funny rotflmao.gif

Yes, but none of us have any interest in copulating with each other - only copulating with each other's wardrobes.

Lol upr_crust.You are so right. Sometimes I can't wait to have the house to myself and experiment with different shoes and hems.

Very enjoyable series, Victor. Thanks for sharing!

Victor, how do you still have abs and visible skeletal muscle separations and tendon insertions at 18 to 20%? Also, I highly doubt that the average BF% is between 10-12% for males in that wide of an age range that are not athletes by profession. I'm sure Coxie can weigh in on this more accurately, but if you are going to call someone skinny fat, the medical "facts" you provide them shouldn't be misleading.

PS. I really enjoyed the above images.

A problem with this is that we all tend to (incorrectly) view body fat percentages. If you have a fit frame to start with, a slight uptick in bodyfat will not prevent the body from appearing as Victor's does, with musculature quite evident. Viktor is clearly in good shape, but his is not at all some unattainable physique, assuming it is one's desire to do achieve something along those lines. I would even argue it takes less discipline (at least from a dietary perspective) than many people believe. On another note, while Viktor's choices in bespoke clothing do much to flatter his frame, it is his frame itself that similarly allows the clothing to fit and drape so excellently.

I think Viktor intended the 10-12% to be what's one body fat percentage SHOULD be, rather than what it actually is. As an American, there is no chance in hell I believe that 10-12% to be an accurate number.
