Suit - JAB Signature Platinum
Shirt - Tyrwhitt
Tie - Charvet
Cufflinks - Turnbull & Asser
Shoes - Florsheim Royal Imperial (Magnanni)

"Lifestyle" photo - from the top level of St. Michael's Mount, Cornwall, an island, like Mont St. Michel, accessible by foot at low tide, but accessible only by boat at high tide. It is the home of the Lords St. Levan - a great house, but difficult for pizza delivery.

Thanks for your kindly advice, man. I do came from china, and as you said, to be extent, I want to grab somebody else's eye, I have several suits in my wardrob(about 10 suits and 20 shirts), some are for business occation, and some others are for entertainment,  I like to try different styles and fabrics, which I think will make me think different, and I like the fashion, but know little about it, so I came here to learn more about how to match, and how to make me look better and comfortable.

Yes, I do came from China, and I ever went several states in USA in the past three years, I like the culture there, and admit that people there know  better about how to wear.. Whatever, I will continue and learn, thanks again, man!

This one is actually pretty good. :nodding: A solid white cut away collar and a Navy Tie will make it a daily suit.

Also, from my limited knowledge of Asian styles. Flamboyant is the way to go right now in China, reflecting the economic boom. and styles from region to region vary. with Black suits and tweed combo's popular in Japan.  so for where you are, and why you wear?  you look great. :fonz:

But if you want to add some depth to your look. and take it to the next level?   follow the guy below   vvvvvvvv

The fabric and pattern of the new jacket are nice, but it seems a bit long on you, Don - taking the hem of the jacket up a couple of centimeters might be an improvement, IMHO. Just my $.02 . . .

Thanks for your detailed explanation, and that's really helpful for me. The suit is only one of the suits which I take photos with my fiancee.

Here is one the picture for us.:)

You have good eyes. This sports coat is 3-4 cm longer than most of my other sports coat. Get a dark grey PoW DB suit and a dark blue herringbone sports coat with windowpane this week, so I give all parts to the tailor next week.

Are you sure it's a Donegal tweed ? I mean it's maybe come from this part of Ireland, but i don't recognize the caracteristic little colored point in the cloth.

Please post pics like this more often. IMO it looks better than the somewhat stiff looking posed ones. Oh, and a lovely SC of course!

Great look! Who makes the jacket? It appears to have a nice width to the lapels and soft-ish shoulders. I desperately need a brown jacket in my rotation...

Agreed, but the photo quality isn't there, and that's what I really like. There ain't no way I can convince my wife to lug around a dSLR for the purpose of snapping candid shots of what I'm wearing. Still, given scheduling, there will likely be a few more of these types of pictures this season than in the last few years.

In general, I like the way clothes look when in motion.

B&Tailor. The fabric is from Dormeuil.
