@Heta Hjul, that jacket is at least one size too small. Also, what's wrong with the breast pocket? Looks almost to be sitting on your shoulder.

@justinkapur a bit too much blue up top...

@Amar ezzahi very nice, except for the hank. A simple white linen would have made it look effortless, now it looks affected.

@ter1413, I believe that's Milwaukee. biggrin.gif

TBH, I think you'd do wise to concentrate on the basics first. Every time you post you seem to show a totally new combination of items which frankly look just randomly put together.

Last week or so you posted a basic navy jacket + burgundy tie and that was easily your best yet, even though perhaps not adventurous. Try to proceed a bit more methodically, e.g. from that basis of navy jacket you can start combining with different shirts or ties, one step at a time. As long as you keep changing all the variables at once, you're unlikely to find out why combinations work or don't work.

And even if you do get a hang of combining eventually, you still have to consider fit first. No matter how excellent an outfit may be put together, if the fit is poor, it will still look mediocre at best.

Fantastic look, I'll certainly use this as inspiration for a dressed up dinner or weekend soon. What's the brand of your boots? I'm in the market for a similar pair.

@GekkoInvest, what's the brand of your pants? They seem to be what I am looking for.

Mr. Bienluienapris, giving you leeway with the tie because of the challenge and putting aside my prejudice against large-scale paisleys;  it is still - and apologies for this-a hideous tie.

And the PS is a near facsimile to the tie.

However, I like the loafers very much. Provenance?

Totally agree. There's a real air of thrift-shop about all Koala-T's fits. Now, there's nothing wrong with thrifting, but it can encourage a magpie approach to dressing, which runs counter to the more careful approach you're advocating.
