Thank you very much for taking the time to take the shot!!

The fanny thing is that i was thinking to ask if its a Pal Zileri ,judging from the lapel design ! I was in their boutique in Rome last week when i was on vacation and i was ready to buy one of their Double B Blazers (pity they didnt have my size 56/58)

Some ''inside" info on the label!( some things i knew ,some are from my Tailor ) :

The code for the fabric/cloth is 83553 (i doubt they are going to give me the manufacturer and maybe is a loro piana /V. Barberis Canonico for Pal Zileri (as my Tailor said))

Drop 7 is the code for the design of the pattern (Statura R for visual as you look the suit from the side (i am not sure about that))

Taglia 50 obviously is for the size

Wool 100 is that is 100% wool

and lining is 100% cupro

The other codes are Pal Zileri company codes

Statura has to do with the length/height of the pattern used.

  • XC = Extracorto (extra short)
  • C = Corto (short)
  • R = Regolare (regular)
  • L = Lungo (long)
  • XL = Extralungo (extra long)

Thanks guys, i will definately get these pants tapered. My alterations tailor was going on holiday so only had time to cuff & hem smile.gif

Thanks for the feedback, you are right about the sleeve length, just bought the jacket and will soon take it to a tailor. About the length of the jacket itself I peronally prefer a shorter length due to the fact that I sit in a wheelchair for the most part of the day and a "long" jacket tend to be bulky when sitting in the wheelchair. Though it actually covers almost all of the butt. Unsure about if it's too tight or not. If that's the case it's easily fixed.

Nice to hear that you like the fabric and pattern of the jacket, I love it aswell. It's a very soft mix of cotton and linen.

Best regards/ Filip :)

By using a fixed focal length lens with a maximum appetite of 1.8, you're getting a stop and a half "faster" lens.

With that aperture setting aren't you gaining depth of field issues...?

I'm a big fan of this combo. Where is the pocket square from? It looks like it has quite the design on it.

Dandy-to-the-max. Your combos r always well thought out imo AJV  I'd never wear a box check with that much contrast, but I like u in this one a lot.

Love the suiting fabric and the tie. The buttoning point on the jacket might be a little low for me.

The jacket is Brown, yeah? On my screen it's reading like it could be grey.

Yeah, i had to play with the levels a bit to get the colors right, and it ended up drowning out the shirt. It's a light blue shirt with white sandwich strioes.
