That is just a killer look there Stefan! Not discounting Mr. Six either! Way to go gentlemen!

Thanks, gents! And thanks for the thumbs. I hadn't worn the tie for a while, but it felt right yesterday.

I wish i could remember what it was.. as it's one of my fav solid Winter ties and I'd like to get it in other colors. IIRC I checked the Hober site a while back and they don't make them anymore.  If anyone knows any better I'd appreciate it.

At least you've aged better than Val Kilmer.

Dear Kent,

Is that cream linen suit washable?
Does the jacket have padded shoulders?
Are you satisfied by the fit?

Colco,

Please reveal the brand and details of what appears to be a seersucker washable (?) jacket?

In-car selfies - why?
Glasses look too big for your face.
Black bars on your photos are very distracting. Aren't you a keen photographer? Can't you get rid of them?

Happy Friday to you all. Today is the debut of a new pair of braces, from a tiny shop in Hell's Kitchen, full of interesting, funky, retro accessories - Fine & Dandy. The shop tries to be the sartorial equivalent of a locavore restaurant - much of the merchandise is locally sourced.

Suit - Paul Stuart/Phineas Cole
Shirt - Tyrwhitt
Tie - Zegna
Braces - Fine & Dandy
Cufflinks - BB
Shoes - C & J

lol it's not unsubstantial, I suppose...thus why RTW (especially "slim" shirts), are absolute jokes for me.

Current drop (been a bit lazy with the whole exercise thing lol) is 40-30, maybe 31.

Closer to normal is 42 to the same, either 30 or 31.

Where is the shirt from? Size? I have a similar 42-31 chest:waist ratio and am looking for dress shirts that fit as nicely as it does on you.

Love the khaki linen tie too. It's a great lightweight piece, pertfect for the summer.

@jht652, looks nice, though the tie and jacket appear to have very similar texture and tone and or the shirt isn't light enough to provide the necessary contrast. It could be the light (looks quite dark wherever you are) or my phone. Anyway still a good-looking outfit.
