SvB, LawyerDad, and there's a few others on the "other side". Probably more in MC, but I don't remember right now...Jesse from PTO and I know Mike from Epaulet travels there a few times a year.

See, once we have our LA-->SF high speed rail going, this will be so much easier.

You don't like Amtrak? It only takes 15 hours.

You'd get more responses if you asked "Who moved away from LA?"

@Roycru is like the Fred Rogers of CM - classy, genuine and someone I would love to hang out with someday.

@ShawnBC totally appropriate and solid look for an interview, I hope it went well!  Since you're soliciting feedback I'll say that I kinda sorta have a similar body type and a slightly longer jacket may help balance things out. I believe the havana in a regular length is probably a bit under 30". I have jackets in a similar cut and I'm fine with them, but I have also have a few that are about 30.5" which I think, along with pleated, higher-rise trousers helps my legs and waist look more proportionate.

@GuidoWongolini Love the fit, looks incredibly comfortable.

losrockets, thank you for the honest feedback. I totally agree with you about the trousers. These were the only one good enough I had for the interview, but they are really cheap. In a short while I will start working with Luxire to create a pattern that will compliments my body type, and I indeed plan on a higher waist and a forward pleat. It should help make my legs seem less bulky. I feel like my looks would feel more proportional if I didn't have tree trunk thighs, but hey... genetics!

As for the suit jacket agree it is short. Just enough for casual wear but I would see this length in a conservative suit setting. But, had I opted for the Long version, it would've made it impossible to shorten the sleeves enouh because of the functional sleeve buttons.
