Interesting that it seems that way, because I do have sloped shoulders (larger traps from lifting). Obviously might not be as bad as yours, so YMMV

Can you tell me about the shirt collar? Great roll but doesn’t look like a button down.

Well, again, suit looks great on you imo. Ditto the whole look.

That cloth is like carborundum. When I fell off my bike my knee was abraded and bleeding, but knee of the trews was fine. Plus it takes a crease like nobody's buisness.

Had to race out the door without white linen this morn.

Lesser plain weave (suit by Kent Wang)

Fresco 512 (next shade darker to VVV's)

Cappelli

Rubinacci

Kamakura

Vass

edit: better top pic

FYI - I expect to be in London, Paris, and Cornwall in the second half of August - five nights, each location, arriving in the UK 08/14.

The weather, after a lot of rain in the metro NYC area, is clear and moderate in temperature, so I'm going to take a chance, and get another wearing out of today's three piece.

Suit - Tyrwhitt
Shirt - BB MTM
Tie - Charvet
Cufflinks - DVVS, NYC
Vintage watch chain
Shoes - Harris, via Barney's

Lifestyle photo - brunch yesterday at the Leopard at des Artistes, with a half-demolished almond semifreddo with apricot sorbetto, and one of Howard Chandler Christy's murals in the background.

It's a one piece collar with hidden buttons. Essentially a button down shirt.

Could also be a normal one, Shantung tends to produce bulkier knots.
