Clags, I like everything about this except the tucked pocket flaps (or welted, flapless pockets).

I know that you don't like flapped pockets, but it seems to me that an odd jacket like this - especially one with a ticket pocket - looks best with flapped pockets. There just something about a welted ticket pocket (or a ticket pocket with the flap tucked in) that looks a bit odd/incongruous.

My most out-there suit, from a relatively out-there wardrobe. Cross-posted from the Friday Challenge.

Stel Lee Bespoke - BB - Canali - Pal Zileri - Gérald Genta - Tianzi

Cox, I like this as a casual, "F-U" suit and I think that it's all great except for the tie. I would have gone for a tie in a different colour, probably a blue, rather than a tie that was so similar to the shirt colour.

As an aside, it's nice to see a Gerald Genta watch - is it pre- or post- the Bulgari acquisition of GG?

You should post some pics of the watch + outfit in the watch appreciation thread.

Clags is right to hate flaps. Damn them. Damn them to hell.

(But also death to ticket pockets. I have some suits with them, but definitely not my preference)

It's a nice low contrast shirt tie fit which is nice and well executed, pimp suit and all. A blue tie will just give it a different look, not necessary better.

Luv it GN.   Particlularly love any suit that's half way between blue and grey.  What is it IRL?

Thanks, @Pliny  - the suit is mid-grey IRL and the tie is a wool charcoal herringbone. The blueish tinge comes from the afternoon light - by the time I get home, it's already getting dark. I tried to reduce it as much as I could without the photo looking like it was in black and white,
