I might agree with you, but it looks much better integrated in the wide shot.

Not really happy with this outfit, everyone telling me how bad the trousers are and now I'm like oh god you're right. The bad lighting doesn't help either. Oh well. btw I mostly wear boots/chukkas for casualwear, but do you think the trousers are way too short? Feels okay for me, but I'm not used to sock showing, I think it's partially the shoe's design as well because I don't get it with other shoes.

I can’t really tell from the angle of the photo, but it’s possible that those shoes have a very low topline (I’ve got an old pair of suede Ferragamo monks which are almost slipper-like in design, so that’s mostly how I wear them). If so, that’s part of the problem.

More importantly, the extremely narrow trouser bottom isn’t doing you any favours in this case, in my opinion (and assuming the photo isn’t deceptive in this regard).

Cheers,

Ac

Iso, your fit shots all suffer from the wide-angle lens effect - I think it's called barrel distortion or something like that.

You need to have someone else taking the shots, outdoors, standing much further back, camera (or smartphone) held at the level of your chest, and zoomed in. (To zoom with an iPhone, put two fingers on the screen and spread them apart a little.) This will flatten the perspective, but at the expense of sharpness - which is why you need natural daylight for the shot.

It would also be desirable to stand straight-on to the camera, feet slightly apart, toes and nose pointed towards the camera, arms relaxed at your sides, shoulders straight, breath half-exhaled.

Background should be plain and not too close to your back.

Nobody can offer an informed opinion about the cut and fit of your clothes until you do this.

Your pant legs are much much too narrow. You seem to like everything to be very slim fit...

I like this look. I think the bow tie/pocket square combo is a bit risky, but I like it. The jacket has a great texture, but it looks a bit odd to me. The button stance is very low and the pocket flaps are very small. Not a huge deal though. Those pants are outstanding. Who makes them?

I don't think those flaps are too small.
@An Acute Style , I don't think the full flap is visible in any of the pics!
