To quote Tubal-Cain in the recent terrible Noah film: "I DO WHAT I WANT; I TAKE WHAT I NEED"
Good, I was joking. Great look.
Hello and thanks for posting! There are a few problems with your fit from a classic perspective. First of all, you are wearing a casual shirt. It looks incongruous with a dark suit and tie. It would be fine with a pair of jeans but the dark bold pattern screams Saturday afternoon rather than Tuesday morning. Second, yellow ties don't get much love around here. I honestly like some yellow ties but the one you are wearing is not one of them. It provides too much contrast with your dark suit and ends up looking like a yellow smudge at a distance. The pocket square is a fine color but it looks like there is a shark swimming around in your breast pocket. Push it down into the pocket a bit more for a subtle and understated accent to your suit. The suit itself seems to fit reasonably well, but the sleeves need to be shortened a bit. Try this next time, wear a plain white spread collar shirt and a solid burgundy tie. Take a picture of it and look at it side by side with this fit. I think you will see a great improvement! I hope you don't mind the critique. Keep posting and keep us updated on your progress!
