How good a moustache loooks is directly proportional to how your hair is styled. 

 

Fox is the prime example of that. It wouldn't look so debonaire without the stache.

I just remembered. He said a Daks waist was incongruous with pleated dress trousers. Does that make any sense? It would seem a waist is agnostic to the style of trousers. I'm sure I have seen pics of Connery in pleated Daks.

For better or worse, the stache is gone. Girlfriend hated it and I wasn't completely sold either. But @ridethecliche, I'm not sure I understand what you mean by the connection between stache and hair.
