Been lurkin around for a while Sorry for the grainy pic, lighting was off Could anyone comment on my pants fit? Wondering whether to go for a single forward pleat and increasing leg opening width on less casual fabrics
Single pleat would look great I would increase the leg opening due to the size of your shoes and your trousers are too short. I like the higher rise on you.

Excuse the backdrop, this was a shoot I did last winter and have been waiting all summer to get the suit out again!

Any good accessory suggestions?

You've got to admire @Butler for consistently providing 180 degree shots of the back of his fits. Predictably, the back of his jacket is sublime, yet again.

P.S. @Butler I'm not sure about urinating in public on the beach though? Careful, you could be mistaken for being colonial from down under.

You are so behind the times. That is in fact a new-fangled urinal Butler's standing at. See the odour-eating crystals and drainpipe at his feet?

The back is where a tailor's prowess is on display. Lots of jackets look great coming but few look great going.
