I don't normally wear the same suit twice in a week, but this is just for @in stitches because of the conversation we had earlier in the week about black and white, and because it's the last time I'll be wearing a suit in work this year. Once again, b&w first, colour second, although this time, it makes less of a difference! Tie is an Exquisite Trimmings black grenadine. Ordinary cotton PS. My C&J Hallams are also polished immaculately, but you'll have to just take my word for that... and just to remind you all, this lovely sharkskin 3-piece is 50 years old this year.

Crusty, I do like this but I find the cufflinks and ring distractingly similar but different - if you see what I mean. Perhaps it's some kind of OCD-esque failure on my part...

I think what might be bothering you is the extreme color coordination between my attire today and the jewelry - the cufflinks picking up the red stripe of the shirt, and the lapis ring picking up the blues of most everything else - perhaps a bit too matchy-matchy for your taste?

As it is, today's shirt is a beast to coordinate with a suit, and a challenge to find a tie that works without being obvious (the navy satin is pretty much all that I have that works with it). The shirt may make its way to the charity shop donations soon.

Thank you! The collar is the Spandexter Luxire collar - easily became one of my favorite collars in my wardrobe. :)

Is the fit on this jacket good?

Flawless.

Need a better shot of the jacket without your body twisted to judge the fit.

I was going to comment, but I think Murl has summed it up. fistbump.gif

The pic is as useful as those that post partial head shots. nod[1].gif
