Possibly, but I can't tell for sure without seeing a close-up photo of the creases.

That's a tough one. The eyelets make me think 'yes', but the crease nearest the toe of the right shoe makes me think 'no'. I'll wait for other opinions but I'm guessing they are not shell. I hope I'm wrong and you get these for a song....
