Most shoe size conversion charts list Eu 41 as equivalent to UK 7E or US 7.5D. By comparing it to an EG 7.5E, are you saying the Vass F last runs a bit large?

I am UK7.5E in EG, and wear Vass size 41 F last. Andrew is EG 8E and wears 41.5 F last. No idea about conversion charts though, sorry.
