Modern Tailor: Advice on Fit

Hi All,
I am new to Style Forum so please excuse me if I am inadvertently breaking etiquette! I recently got my first trial shirt from Modern Tailor using the body measurement method. I don't have a good fitting shirt to measure which is the reason I need a good custom shirt in the first place. I'm not too pleased with the results.

First off I am short, about 5 foot 4 inches and weigh 150 lbs. I have a little bit of a spare tire so I know I'll never have the V cut look with my scrawny physique! I've only gotten OTR 15-1/2 32-33 shirts before and they are always too long and too baggy - arms, waist, etc. And I haven't found a good slim fit shirt. Anyway, here are the results:
400

400

400

400

Overall besides being shorter than my other shirts it still feels too big. Maybe I should have gotten their slim fit option (they don't add as much to my original measurements with slim fit). I got regular fit option for this shirt.

The arm holes still feel too big and the shirt pulls up at the sides when I lift my arms. The sleeves themselves can be a smaller diameter too I think. The sleeve length is really good i think. I still have to do the military tuck on the sides as there is still extra material.

I like wearing undershirts and wore one when I took my measurements. Is that ok? Is it not stylish to wear undershirts in general?!?

Anyway, any advice would be greatly appreciated. With my small stature I really want to order good fitting shirts and I was really hoping this would work.

Thanks again!
