It varies. Yesterday I went to sleep at 7:30. More common is around 11 though.

I like going to bed at 4:00 AM in some bizarre stupor, reading an article on Bristol cars or one of my numerous half-finished books while in some half-anxiety attack.

I'm generally in bed by 1:00 a.m. and up at 7:00 to get ready for work. Then I generally doze off at my desk in the afternoon.

Paradoxically, much more than 6 hours of sleep a night makes me feel exhausted. I've never understood people who say they need at least 8 hours. If I could get away without ever sleeping, I would.

4am - 7am. I'd say 12am-4am is my favorite part of the day. I get off work at 2am and I don't like watching the sun rise much. I haven't found anyone except at the current job I'm at who could ever keep up with my hours.

Whatever allows me 8 hrs. I'm usually pretty strict, weekends aside.
