Yeah, i gotta say i like that too. And the backpocket stitching is nicely understated, but not w/o some interest. I'd be interested for someone w/ more intel to chime in. Seems to me there's room in the denim scene for a home-grown Cheap Monday kinda market placement (though PD&C is racing downward to steal that spot)

I dont like the pockets, they look like Gap Goughs.

Someone needs to just straight up copy a 501 47 or 66 cut with no markings, use decent selvage denim and slap a leather patch on there and keep it around $120. But no one does...

I bought a pair at the R&S store here in Williamsburg.

They said the jeans they were selling in the store were the first run, of quality but not quite to their specs, so they were $60. I think their model is the APC NS. They will bring out a new line in the fall, slightly more expensive but not too much....they say they don't believe in priciness for its own sake.

I have a pair in black. Fairly light weight. Have only worn them twice but I like them.

They also had some decent tees for about $25.

They look good, and I always appreciate brands with an accessible pricepoint.

Mine weren't. There's no fading or distressing of any kind, but they weren't cardboard stiff like my raw Uniqlos that J brought back from Japan.
