This has pretty much nothing to do with the Junya jacket but wanted to post because of the awesomeness and the minimalism SinnedK might be after Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)
i like that but i'd add another zip pocket to the front
Well, this is me, so we are going to do it fast and efficiently. I've found that allowing too much time solves no problems. Once we get the fit dialed in, and we've proposed a model, we might allow a week for discussion, and have that discussion laser focused on the current make-up.
There has been a slight change of plans for the fit pics. I've got a buddy who we'll be using tonight. He is my height (5'11"), but a much better frame for the model (I think that he is about 160 lbs, a full 15 lbs lighter.) No sense is squeezing my body into this thing. That would show very little, except that the jacket is really small on me.
It's a moto, yes,. the VAJ-3. We just finished shots with a friend of mine who is the same body type as you. He is 5'10" and 160 lbs, and a small 38 (more like a 37, with squared, wider, shoulders. It's generally a good fit. Definitely we don't want to slim the waist. He is a 30-31, and it's taut on him when the jacket is zipped up. On me, at a 33 true waist, (between a 48 and 50 in most pants, 32 in most jeans) it was gut suckingly tight. We could possibly slim the back a touch, but not that much, The shoulders were the perfect width on him. The arms were fairly slim as well, slimmer than the pictures would suggest. He loved the jacket, but I made him give it back.
No...however, we do have some full grain veg.-tanned horsehide on its way to us from Italy...we're definitely sending it to Aero for customer jackets, but we want to assess it for use on slimfit Vanson jackets as well! The full grain veg.-tanned colors are Russet, Dark Seal, and Black...
