Good day gents,
I have previously bought a pair of Meermin monks (hire last) in size 8.5 UK and they fit me almost perfectly. Added to this, I have a pair of Carmina semi brogues in the rain last (also size 8.5). However, I am interested in buying a pair of shoes from Loding as I find that they look really good in their website. Unfortunately (and obviously), I am unable to try them on and have no previous knowledge and experience in Loding. Therefore;
I am asking you gents on your experiences regarding quality of the shoe/leather. I know there are some threads on this subject, however, what I have found is "they are stiff.".
Secondly, I am interested in this shoe;

They do look very sleek, therefore I am wondering if I should size up to 9UK instead of my usual 8,5 in order to accompany the narrow(er) last. However, what I have read in some places is that the shoes already are a tad broader than they look.
What is the advice, gents?
Thank you
