Engineered Garments brushed flannel work shirt from F/W 2012, Small. Super SOFT! It's not thick, so would work great in Spring and Summer months as well. NWT, wrinkled from being in storage, sizing never worked...

Approximate measurements are:
Pit to pit: 21"
Shoulder seam to SS: 17.5"
Bottom back collar to hem: 30"
Shoulder seam to end of cuff: 23.5"
