^ way it works is there is deadstock inventory from previous seasons plus a small amount of samples and runway pieces from the current collection. any current season stuff will be size medium and will usually go on the first day. there is a very small outside chance that something from the current season in another size may be available due to a production defect or damage but don't count on it.

basically what @toothsomesound said. It is really just an opportunity to get old season stuff that you missed out on at a good price. I would add that the prices are not usually that great. Only slightly better than an end of season sale.

Just to confuse matters further, that type in Churchill's post is often referred to as a "galosh bal" outside of the UK, where an oxford like the AE Park Ave is often called a "cap toe bal." In a true balmoral the vamp and quarter are the same piece, and in an oxford there are two pieces (plus sometimes a heel counter too). An adelaide is an additional type with closed lacing that has a U-shaped throat like the C&J Westbourne:

Pretty much any boots with closed lacing are called "bal boots" regardless if they are actually balmorals or not, and wholecuts are just wholecuts. At least that's my understanding of various closed laced shoes.

Are yoox always slow to reply/act on emails? I need my account changed to a different country but it's been a few days since I sent it. Probably easier to re-register at this stage.

Any Tres Bien Codes by any chance?

Those visvims are ugly as shit. Is that code for an extra 20% off sale or 20% off site wide? I can't see any mention of it online and I didn't get any email from them.
