If you need some convincing that bright white shoes can look sweet, check out some Balenciaga lookbooks. They love that ish.

Hahah, I am thoroughly confused now.

Would it matter that I live in a place where it rains quite a bit, and they would likely get dirty quite a bit?

I mean, I like both grey and white sneaks. They can coexist. If you can only afford one, just pick what excites you the most at the moment?

black?

just get the gray, sounds like you've made up your mind. I like white better but that's my personal preference. if you're gonna wear em a lot, in rain etc, they won't be shiny bright for long

Yeah, I think light grey is the best option!

I usually wear darker denim or black pants, and overall, most of my clothes are geared towards darker color. I foresee too much contrast was really white sneakers with the majority of my outfits.

White is probably ideal in summer, but where I live (overcast much of the year), light grey will be more versatile year round!

Thanks guys smile.gif

I don't own any CPs, but any white sneakers aren't going to stay white for very long, and isn't part of the idea that it'll get a nice worn-in look? It won't always be blinding white, so if that's a concern I don't think it should be.

Just my 2 cents from owning a pair of white Jack Purcells.

Crispy blinding white can look a bit try hard or stiff on a lot of people/in a lot of looks. Feel free to disagree

white polish it's fairly transparent, it will somewhat hide minor scuffs but not a solution

Leather dye?

Leather conditioner does a good job of revitalizing the leather and buffing out scuffs?

It's hard to find any good pics online of a color comparison of White vs. Light Grey and where I'm living at the moment there aren't any stores that stock them.
