So, to derail this further, I like a lot of Common Project shoes, but I actually do not like the Achilles, which I find to be really blobby but with a low profile.
I actually much prefer the actual Stan Smith. Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)
Or the exaggerated Visvim version of it.  Doesn't take away from the contribution of Common Projects to their little corner of the fashion world, and that they have become the de facto uniform of the yupster creative.

I would too if they'd make the damn things in monochrome white again. plain.gif

You serious?  $10.22 sounds like actual shipping via USPS Priority.

The buckles are probably too wide to fit in the small flat rate box, unless you want to fold the belt up, which is a bad thing.

Seriously, though, I could lose $4.27 in the wash and not notice. If you want the thing, just buy it.

The government needs to legislate free shipping.

Maybe they ship with their own packaging/ a small box with the belt inside.

yeah it costs us a ton, even with our discounted rates. $10 bucks is nothing.

Wow, it's so crazy that so many people opt not to buy something simply because of the shipping cost. Let alone a super cheap shipping cost. Seriously, don't most people drop $10 on a sandwich like it's no big thing?

$10 dollar sandwiches all day in Portland. Preferably from Lardo or Devils Dill

I'm hungry. So they offer free shipping?
Standard (5-7 business day) shipping is free. Overnight will cost you $50. They can't guarantee freshness of the sandwiches.

people won't spend $10 on shipping but will spend $100 easy on something they never wanted until they saw that its 50% off

Lardo is the joint.

Seriously, $10 seems to be the going rate for a lot these days. Those 10$ pack of smokes added up quick while in NYC and Seattle.
