Anyone know of any Canada Goose on sale or will eventually go on sale? Looking for a Chateau, Citadel, or Langford.

^^ coveted brand, popular models. Best option is marketplace / grailed / kijiji / ebay for someone who sized wrong (ie it hasn't been worn much). Alternately, a drycleaning should take care of harder used items. Not an answer if you need NWT, but an option.

The only places I have seen any significant deals were Apartment #9 and Farfetch, with that it was a code on the total purchase price that took like $100-$150 off the Chateau at Apt9 and as for Farfetch, I am not sure I have seen those specific models but it is possible, although it may be difficult to find a popular size.  I got my fiancé one on there for $200 off or so.  Might be worth your time in the long run to just fork over the $745

I beg all my friends to go Woolrich John Rich parka instead. They can be had at 500ish, and are much warmer, better quality than CG (incl fur 3x the size of the strip in CG). I got my gf one and she's kept much warmer than I am in a Chateau.

Thanks for the recommendation! Yea, I was hoping to score one for around $500-600. The jackets seem nice.. just a bit over priced IMO.

My girlfriend bought me one about 10 years ago and I still wear to this day, though not very often as I get hot in it easily. I was disappointed to see that the newer ones are no longer made in the US.

It is a great jacket.  And unfortunately, the price hike, up from last year kinda sucks.  But, I moved from LA to NYC in 2012 and purchased one then.  It has really paid off.  I've worn it literally every day from November-April since--and even with just a tee shirt inside in 5 degree weather without feeling cold.  It looks brand new to this day.  You'll get your moneys worth if you live somewhere cold.

Forgive my ignorance, but are Woolrich Woolen Mills and Woolrich John Rich & Bros related companies? As in is it an Arc'teryx/Veilance situation?
