Seriously, take the sizing questions to the right threads.  It was okay for a while, but now it's gotten a little out of hand.  I'm going to delete any more sizing questions and answers from this thread.  If someone decides to do it twice, I'll just ban them from the thread.  Now that would suck.  It would mean that you'd never be able to see the deals.

Cheers,

Fok.

Gravity Pope sent me a up to 30% off email. But the sales seem to mostly suck - they didn't even add any recent Geller to the sale.

^their sales usually do.

Except warehouse sales where you can find items from six seasons ago marked down 40-50%!

I love/hate Gravity Pope. Got a few items for very cheap at the very end of the winter sale and their customer service is decent. But their sales start late, they never send codes, they often seem to privilege in-store sales and their website is butt ugly/does not include measurements. Seriously, what is up with their website?!

^What's worse is their clothing store in Vancouver. Racks are just jam packed with a mishmash of brands and styles in the most disorganized manner. The presentation is awful, and it's not uncommon to find $600+ knits stretching out on cheap hangers, with noticeable signs of damage.

getting some frenchtrotters flashbacks
(good shop, wife loved it, found some nice chie sandals, but its a pita to browse, some shit downstairs, some shit upstairs and all random brandwise, luckily for us they seemed to just stock smaller sizes)

(this shop was great though, grabbed a couple things but regret leaving a black silk yohji shirt with loose-strap collar behind, if its still there I'd love a proxy, yeah I'm looking at you belgians, you know who you are)

rosier is great, did you visit any other second hand stores in antwerp? there's another one but I keep forgetting the name. It was pretty close iirc.

Reason for the succes of rosier: a lot of designer shops (fact) combined with a fuckton of rich Antwerp people (fact) who impulse buy stuff and end up hating it. just my theory :D

I'm belgian, but I don't live in antwerp; If I did I'd hop in every week or so and spend a fuckton of money. Last time I went, some beat up Margiela GATs in my size for € 15 or so. Perfect party shoes, not sure why I didn't cop.

I like gravitypope (Edmonton location). The staff there are really cool, always nice to have a chat with them and browse around. The Edmonton store is extremely organized.

Only complaint is how they hang really expensive knits, always see stretching on the shoulders.

EDIT: The In-store sales are awesome, they just don't always have the best buys.

Aloha Rag's NY location is blowing stuff out. I'm debating using SuddenLee.
