If you'd like to buy the Size M. A.P.C. Duffle off me, I'd be happy to oblige instead of sending it back in. Only thing is I can't offer a return policy. The Hardy A. I think I'm going to try to exchange. I might just be a small now. That's the silver lining in all this.

(I'll resell the size M Arc'teryx Veilance Galvanic coat as well if anyone wants to give it a whirl. Someone taller and lankier could pull it off probably. Otherwise everything gets shipped back end of week.)

No problem, give another address. Same dude calls back half hour later again, tells me my card's declined. Check online quickly to make sure Chase didn't fraud freeze from the original botched out of stock order online only to see my card was successfully charged $747. I tell salesidiot, you ALREADY CHARGED ME. He says "oh let me see if someone else already rang this through. I can't mail this out unless I know we charged you." Gee thanks, if I didn't purposely keep this card low balance you would've successfully charged me TWICE, dumb*&^% and now you're holding my coat because you don't know you charged me?

Do salesmen at Neiman make minimum wage? WTF!

What amazing item did you purchase?

Well the toggle situation was resolved. Last chance, assuming my tailor can fix the sleeves...

And to be fair the Galvanic coat actually looks pretty good when done correctly. Clearly not the case here though.

No! The selling point is the construction and material of the garment, and many are minimalistic not bland.

The jacket in the pic's an L or XL. I ordered an M and should fit well contrarily to the collapsed look sans model. I posted to show the color more which I really like, there a couple things I'd change in the design but overall I'm really happy with it. I looked at thousands of different coats over the past week, so did the best I could. Couple other ones interested me were way out of my price range so can't complain.

Also I'm tired of bulky restrictive coats including a navy lambskin shearling I have that's too warm, rather wear multiple non-thick layers with cashmere cardis and this thin wool jacket to stay warm yet light.

I'm just wondering when the Neiman store will honor my purchase, I got a little impatient on the third phone call.

How are you happy with it if you haven't even seen it in person?
