Yeah but how much was what you bought? If its over $200 your going to get hit with fees always. That's where customs fees start at in the US, USPS charges the least, I think at like 8% but I could be wrong. Everything I've bought was under $200...but they do ship with FedEx which is fast and the process everything quickly at WW

It was over $200, so I knew something was coming. I just thought maybe I'd missed some super secret trick. But yeah, their shipping is crazy quick and they've got a lot of good stuff in stock.

No problems on my end...echoing what people have said, I've made multiple orders from them for orders right under $200 with no trouble.

I've ordered several times - also about the $200 range, and have had no issues. Of course, the first time, it was to a hotel, so maybe the poor manager is still trying to track me down. Joao and his crew are seriously good people, one way or the other.

I've ordered before with no issues. WW has been great in my experience.

I ordered from WW before, and was left with a $120 bill from FedEx. Would not order again.

Same here, Fedex was kind enough to waive it, never ordering again due to that BS
post #26783 of 35317
I've paid about $110 cumulatively in customs fees, and $80 or so have been from WW.

I just got nailed with 130$ from end. Yikes.

Customs fees happen guys, it's just the way it goes for shopping outside the US especially if you're purchasing high prices items. Consider yourself lucky if you don't. I usually ask overseas vendors about non-privatized shipping possibilities or at least suggest it for their consideration in the future. I don't fault those vendors for that.

Everyone who purchases items from another country knows they happen. You can't fault buyers for wanting to go with vendors that ultimately charge less.

I don't fault vendors either, but it definitely is part of my thought process when purchasing items internationally

No, but it's also tough to feel much sorrow for anyone bemoaning their own experiences with customs fees, since it's a known risk when buying goods internationally.

You mean buying a pair one shoe at a time? Interesting concept.
