As the others have said, you couldn't be more wrong. They have perhaps the quickest refund turnaround of any online clothing merchant I've tried.

Hmm weird. The last time I tried to return something they told me I could only get a refund in credit. Not sure what the details were specifically for my case all I remember was that my item wasnt final sale. This was a few months ago tho

It can vary from sale to sale and item to item

I know it's been discussed before but does anybody have a good idea of how hard Tres Bein's custom's fees hit?

Not sure if I want to kop that ribbed tee from Ann D or a merino wool/cashmere sweater from Pringle of Scotland

Pringle is very over-rated, relying on past history IMO.

Take advantage? Looks like a retro jacket. Too retro

What should I do with my credits? Nothing really interests me. I have $103 to use before the credits expire in March.

Thought some of the slutty tees looked ok. Picked one up in violet. nest.gif

IIRC, MyHabit charges you a restocking fee of $5 per item if you want a refund instead of credit. I just found out that you can use the credit on Amazon if you have an account, or at least that my Amazon and MyHabit accounts are set up to work that way.

Does anyone if these boots have a specific model name that I can search around for?

Ah that's why. Thanks, thought I was going crazy cuz I remember reading their policy over and over for the specific sale I had trouble with.

I've never been hit by customs fees in the USA. I vaguely remember people saying they had some issues with customs when ordering from Canada but for the most part they are very good about it

regarding tres bien, i never got hit with customs fees because they marked things down, however they sent me a smaller size shoe and i returned it back the same day.

it took about 1 or 2 weeks to get refunded back, and they actually had the audacity to charge me for the return shipping (the shoe was sold out of every size). When I told them i didn't feel like i should pay for their mistake, their answer was simply, sorry, but we ask all our return holders to pay for the postage back, as it is the same as driving back to return product.

Fuck that. Flabbergasted and appalled me to the point that i will never ever shop with them again, no matter how good their deals are.

This seems to me like a prime reason to do a credit card chargeback.  Was it just not worth the bother?

not for $6 / $9 whatever the difference was, but I just didnt want to deal with declaring customs values etc.

at the end of the day, all this international ordering has done to me is driven me back to the brick and mortar shops to pay for the goods i feel is worth dropping money on and be done with it while still feeling good about my purchase and experience.
