^I believe LN-CC's last code was for an additional 30% off sale items (plus free shipping) when the markdown was 30-50%.

Their sale prices already exclude VAT but include US import duties.

You just missed their winter sale, so around May. They also have a discount week in April (25% off for Brooks card holders, 15% off for other forms of payment).

 

most regular stores don't either.  i went to the "best one" in chicago, and still had to special order from there.

Just get a corporate discount card for the 15% off.
You can stack that discount with the "buy 3 for $X".
Quite often they disable the "buy 3 for $X" deals during general sales.
