can anyone comment on what the coats labeled "Filson Garment" are?
I've never seen them offered before from Filson, are they similar to the Red Label gear that came out last year for the European market?

Yeah, Filson Italy, I believe. Nice goods from what I've seen, although how to differentiate among their lines I have no idea.

Terrible, I don't like how they portray it as a difference between right and wrong when it's not in line with their arbitrary business practice. I've found the majority of euro stores are lacking in customer service and not very accommodating.

I found these on Jack Threads. They look pretty good for the price. What do you guys think? I'm more of a bargain hunter than a stylish chap.

For Barneys online do they auto upgrade to express like they have in previous years? Didn't check the express box when checking out for the first few orders as I wasn't paying attention. And nobody will answer their phones for online cs

I was recently looking around for some good hangers, but didn't want to spend $75 for 3 hangers from The Hanger Project. Anyway, Bed, Bath and Beyond has some really good wide-shouldered hangers, for about $11 or so.

IKEA is my go-to for hangers. 8-packs of wood hangers for $5.

Along the lines of Mr. Porter talk....they do not mark up prices like Dept stores (Nordstrom) or small shops and do not charge tax if outside NY. Additionally they offer free shipping.

Regardless if you like what is currently available - at up to 70% - even purchasing non sale items can save 10% tax + % markup + shipping....which adds up on investment type pieces.

I bought a pack of Ikea hangers once but they were full of splinters, had to use sandpaper and sand them down. Target has pretty good wooden ones at $14 for a 25 pack.

Also on topic: MMM x H&M white hangers are free if you ask....few diff styles

Look on eBay for Vintage Wood Hangers and you can find some good ones from old menswear stores.

I think some of you guys are confused, I wasn't talking about regular wooden hangers, but broad-shouldered ones for sportcoats.
