You can just call the 800 customer service line and they will be able to look up the item if you have the item number. They can tell you which stores have it.

Thats the one I used. Worked for me in the morning for some Ann D high tops.
Couple hours later when I was going to pull the trigger it didn't work anymore.
Is Ann D excluded? Odd bc it was working at first...

Try going to the checkout page and then clicking "edit your billing address" and then save it and add the coupon on the last page and see if that works. I did something like that and it magically worked.
