go to a site like lucky scent and order a ton of samples before you commit to one high end fragrance.

straight up bullshit that I didn't get one, considering all the shit i've bought from P&B - I even tried calling them to get one and they refused

nope, they are tied to your account. When you go to your guilt account you can see any coupons that would work on your orders under "special offers"

can't be applied to your order unless it's under your account
