You shouldn't if they state that the country of origin is the US (although you never know), but Fedex will still surely charge you brokerage fees.

not really a sale, per se, but there's a lot of new label under construction (and a few in aisce leathers) at 50%-60% off here: http://www.re-porter.ca

Just saw that Amazon is giving out 20% codes off of clothing by signing up to their email list. Terms say up to $1000 purchase and the codes expire in 30 days. Current clothing selection isn't very SF approved but they have Allen Edmonds and Red Wings to name two more popular brands. They are also investing pretty heavily into clothing so there may be updates to stock.
